CopQuest Shipping

General Information

USA domestic orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipments must be made to a physical address as UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.  If requested, small parcels may be shipped via US Mail.  Parcels delivered to P.O. boxes are not insured and therefore the purchaser assumes risk for non-delivery.

Shipments to APO / FPO destinations (Deployed US Military) are via US Mail.

Same Day Shipping for In-Stock Items

CopQuest carries over 50,000 items in stock at all times.  We are proud to offer same-day shipping on all in-stock items.  When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail message that will state the stocking status of your items ordered.  In-stock items are always available for immediate shipment.  If items are not in stock, you will be furnished with an estimated turnaround.  

Please note the following conditions for immediate shipping of in-stock items:

• Orders for in-stock items are shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday) when received before 2 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders received after this time are shipped the next business day.

• Same-day shipping excludes weekends and holidays.  Orders for in-stock items received during Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day.  

• Ground shipping originates from California and can take up to six business days to reach some USA  destinations.

• You will be furnished a UPS tracking number via e-mail when your order is shipped.

• Once an order is received, you will receive an e-mail message with the in-stock status.  You may also call (800) 728-0974 during business hours Pacific Time to check in-stock status of any item.

Overnight & Second-Day Shipments

Overnight or Second-day shipping is available for USA residents. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Second-day and Overnight orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. All orders leave our facilities at 4:00 p.m.

USA ground transit times vary by region.  All CopQuest orders originate from our facilities in Southern California. The following image depicts ground transit times to all USA destinations.

Shipping to APO / FPO Destinations (Deployed U.S. Military)

Shipping to International Destinations

CopQuest has recently suspended most International Shipping excluding deployed US military.  This policy is in force for an indeterminate time period. 

This policy does not apply to domestic USA destinations, deployed USA Military (APO / FPO / AE), USA embassies or USA territories.  All orders to these destinations shall ship normally.

Exceptions to this policy are:

1. You have an arrangement with a USA-based freight forwarder with the destination listed as a USA address.

2. You have an order over 500 USD.  In which case you may contact us and we will furnish a shipping quotation based on dimension weight of the parcel.  Contact us at international@copquest.com.

Free Shipping Incentives

CopQuest offers free shipping to USA / APO / FPO / AE (deployed military) for orders over $200 (exceptions are unusually heavy or bulky items as described above).  Occasionally we run Free Shipping incentives for smaller orders from certain manufacturers.
