Custom Engraved Uniform Name Plates  

Order your custom engraved name plates on-line today. We offer three standard plate sizes in polished nickel (silver color) or brass (gold color) in a choice of five font colors. These durable name plates are designed for Class A and Class B uniform wear.

Normal turnaround is about three weeks and there is no setup charge. Each name plate is custom engraved.  Several styles are available as follows:

Please Note: Be careful when typing upper and lower case text and adding spaces. The name plate will be produced exactly how you have typed it here. For example: 
"J. SMITH" vs. "J. Smith" or  
"MC CARTHY" vs. "McCARTHY"."
