Evidence Tags, 3.5 x 6.5-inch. These Forensic Source Evidence Tags are adhesive labels that feature a hole for tagging evidence bags and large items. On large items, use the label in conjunction with a nylon tie to secure the tag. On bags or boxes, just remove the adhesive backing and apply.
