Safariland 6004UFA Universal Flex Adapter. The Safariland 6004UFA Universal Flex Adapter allows the user to wear a thigh rig below the hip without shifting weight farther down the leg. The hole pattern on UFA makes connecting to various mounts possible including the 568BL Paddle, ELS 34 Fork, QLS 19 Fork, or 745BL Belt Clip.

The Safariland 6004UFA Universal Flex Adapter is used in conjunction with the 6004-10 or 6004-110 leg shrouds. Available in Black, Foliage Green, FDE Brown, or OD Green.
