5.11 Tactical

5.11 has a 30 day returns and exchange policy. Socks or Muscle Mapping garments with opened packages are not returnable. Garment or boot returns must not be worn or washed. Returns must be in merchantable condition.

Aker Leather

Aker products are sold "as is" and "with all faults". The entire risk as to the quality and performance is with the buyer. Returns claims must be made within 10 days of purchase. Contact Aker at 800-645-2537or www.akerleather.com.

ARC Astra Radio Communications

Product Warranty Terms: ARC warrants its finished products against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use and care of the product for a period of (1) year after the date of retail purchase. During this period, ARC will repair a defective product or part, without charge to you the customer. ARC does not warrant products used for any type of rental, lease, pre-purchase trial arrangement, or warrant products damaged by natural wear and tear. Shipping for any authorized warranty coverage shall be paid for by the customer. 

Product Returns: Customers may return products within a (30) day period for credit or a full refund (excluding shipping fees) from the date of purchase from ARC without incurring a 15% restocking fee. After the (30) day period and up to (90) days after the original date of shipment, a (15%) restocking fee will be deducted from the credit or refund provided by ARC. After the (90) day period from the date of purchase, ARC can no longer give credit or a refund to the customer. All products returned for a refund or credit must be sent in the original package provided during the sale. Products that are not returned in resalable condition will be shipped back to the Dealer or customer at their expense. 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns whether for warranty, credit, or refund must come with a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. To receive an RMA Form, please call ARC at (714) 637-2828. When returning an item, please complete the form and include it with the return. Visibly write or attach the RMA number (found on the form) to the box the item is being shipped in (example: "RMA # 7402"). This will ensure a faster and more convenient transaction when processing your return. All returns for warranty must now be accompanied with a copy of the end user's original sales receipt, or copy of original invoice. For any questions about your return contact ARC.

Honeywell Batteries

Honeywell Batteries are guaranteed to meet or exceed the Original Equipment manufacturers’ specifications for form, fit and function. Each battery is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will maintain a minimum of its rated capacity for a specified period from date of shipment under normal use and service.

  • 24 months against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship.
  • Nickel Cadmium batteries are warranted to maintain 80% capacity for 18 months
  • Nickel Metal Hydride and Lithium Ion batteries are guaranteed to maintain 80% capacity for 12 months

Products repaired or replaced will only be warranted for the balance of the original warranty. Batteries cannot be returned without an RMA number which may be obtained by calling Honeywell Customer Care at 800-267-2711.
