PentagonLight UL201 Front Sight LED Weaponlight

The PentagonLight UL201 LED Tactical Weapon Light System produces 85 lumens at peak brightness for 90 minutes. This duration is followed by 3 hours of diminishing brightness at an usable level. Unlike incandescent tactical lights, such extended duration prevents sudden "black-out" during the most critical time when battery is depleted. Its beam is a powerful pure white light collimated by our proprietary reflector designed for focusing the light generated into a smooth intensified light beam.

The light beam is pre-focused at the factory for maximal center intensity in achieving the greatest distance. The lamp assembly is completely isolated from the rest of the light while the batteries are compartmentalized to provide UL201 with excellent performance against weapon recoil for protecting delicate electronics inside the head module. As part of the U-Series, UL201 is a turnkey solution to configuring a standard M4/M16 variants rifles with a tactical light system without the installation of quad rail system.

As a complete kit, UL201 includes a two-piece front sight rail for securing on the front sight of a M4/M16 variant rifle that is tightened with an included Allen wrench. This provides two short segments of the rail. One of the two rails is designed for attaching the thumb screw mount of the light. The other rail on the opposite side can be used for attaching other accessories such as our Z1 Laser Sight. This setup does not require quad rail systems. It completely frees up the foreend hand-guard for supporting the firearm where the remote pressure pad can be positioned.
