Because synthetic polos have a habit of snagging on things like keys, duty belts and Velcro®, 5.11 Tactical Series® created its first snag-free, synthetic polo: the Performance Polo with SmartWeave™. Constructed of 100% polyester in a proprietary, no-snag fabric with a high strength-to-weight ratio and a slight sheen, this shirt resists snags, doesn’t pill and stays smooth, day after day. The Performance Polo is also antimicrobial: it prevents odor-causing bacteria, constantly wicks away moisture and dries fast to keep you comfortable. Mic-clip pockets are conveniently located on each shoulder, a mic-clip loop is placed at the sternum level and dual pen pockets are on the left sleeve. The polo features durable melamine buttons and is designed with gusseted sleeves for greater range of motion. Like 5.11’s Tactical and Professional Polos, the Performance Polo doesn’t shrink, wrinkle or fade.
