Zephyr Dusting Brush

The Zephyr ® Brush is the finest brush ever developed for use in fingerprint work. Originally developed in 1956, the 61?2" brush consists of thousands of fiber bundles, each composed of more than a hundred individual treated-glass filaments.

The diameter of the glass filaments is a fraction of the diameter of hair fibers used in other fingerprint brushes, resulting in a product with unsurpassed working qualities. The Zephyr ® Brush has a long life with the capacity to pick up and retain large amounts of fingerprint powder. Rather than wear out over time, the filament ends actually become softer with each use.

Blue Squirrel No. 8 Latent Print Brush

Featuring more hair and a wider head than our Continental Squirrel Hair Brush, this long-handled brush uses only a select grade of fine squirrel hairs. The longer handle allows for better control and the rounded crown provides a more delicate touch.

The overall length of the brush is 8-11?16 with a bristle length of 1-1?2 inches.

Maximum Coverage Camelhear Brush

Recommended for use on large areas, the Maximum-Coverage Camelhair brush features longer bristles and a wider brush head than the two camelhair brushes above. The overall length of the brush is approximately 6", with a bristle length of 2" and a base width of 9/16".

Standard Magnetic Applicator

This ergonomically-designed magnetic applicator has a powerful magnet to hold a large amount of magnetic powder. A spring-loaded handle holds the internal magnet forward, allowing dusting of surfaces above a horizontal plane, even overhead. When ready, simply pull the handle to release the powder.

A hexagonal lip around the rim of the applicator prevents powder from creeping up the handle of the applicator and prevents the applicator from rolling when placed on a horizontal surface.
