All AETCO handcuff cases are pressure molded form 7/8 ounce full-grain cowhide and fully sewn to meet all department specifications. The two slots on the back accommodate standard 2-1/4 inch wide Sam Browne belts.

The standard size handcuff case is designed to accommodate both chain and hinged style handcuffs. It is ideal for Peerless, Smith & Wesson or American Handcuff Company handcuffs.
